To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:

Visitors
Any visitors must be informed and registered in advance at the reception. A valid ID number is required.

Pets
If you plan to travel with a pet, please notify us in advance so we can coordinate the stay and the corresponding additional fee.

Parties & Events
Parties or events are not allowed without prior authorization. Any unauthorized event will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and a fine of up to COP 500,000. External sound equipment such as speakers is not permitted.

Quiet Hours
Out of respect for neighbors, please keep noise levels low after 10:00 p.m.

Care of the Space
Please treat the apartment as if it were your own. Any damage must be reported immediately.
