What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need to arrive earlier or depart later, please contact us to check availability.

What is the cancellation policy?
  • 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund.

  • 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% refund.

  • Less than 15 days before arrival: Non-refundable.

  • 100% refund within 48 hours of booking, provided the check-in date is at least 14 days away.

Are pets allowed in the properties?

Yes. 90% of our properties are pet-friendly. Please contact us to confirm availability or if you have any questions.

Are additional services available?

Yes. Our team can help coordinate additional cleaning services, tours, transportation, shopping assistance, and more. Don’t forget to ask about our guides, where we share recommendations for cafés, restaurants, and local events

What should I do if I have a problem during my stay?
